Commitment to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Ethics

The Quality Department at ENA Tecnología maintains and updates the company’s Integrated Quality Management System.

The main objective is the continuous improvement of the products and services offered by the company. This is achieved by complying with quality, environmental and safety standards, ensuring compliance with those requirements and other applicable standards, verifying the achievement of objectives with the planned resources and within established deadlines, coordinating all aspects related to certification and its maintenance, and supervising the documentation generated.

For ENA Tecnología, S.L., respect and care for the environment is a priority. For this reason, we periodically assess the environmental aspects generated by our activity, identifying those that are significant.

We plan environmental objectives in order to reduce our impact and continually improve. To do so, we have implemented an environmental management system based on UNE EN ISO 14001 that allows us to evaluate and measure planned objectives and identify the needs of our stakeholders.

In addition to complying with legal requirements for Occupational Health and Safety, improving working conditions makes the integration of Prevention into our organization’s systems a priority for its stability and productivity, as well as for corporate reputation and brand image.

To achieve quality objectives, minimize environmental impact, and ensure the health and safety of its workers, as well as the continuous improvement set out in its policy, the Company has implemented a Unified Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

Our commitment to excellence is not limited to technical and regulatory compliance. At ENA Tecnología, we believe that business ethics, integrity and social responsibility are essential pillars for building trust and strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, collaborators and society in general.

For this reason, we have a Code of Ethics that establishes:

• The fundamental values that should guide our behavior: integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and respect for human rights.
• The guiding principles of our activity: legality, equality, non-discrimination and zero tolerance for harassment.
• The rules of conduct that govern our internal and external relationships, responsible information management, risk prevention, environmental sustainability, financial transparency, and absolute rejection of any form of corruption or bribery.

The Code of Ethics is mandatory for all members of the organization, as well as suppliers, contractors, collaborators and business partners.
