Centralization system: CRYSSMA

Centralized recorders and safety/maintenance supervision

CRYSSMA is the centralized system for recorder management and safety/maintenance supervision, designed to optimize security and efficiency in critical installations, especially level crossings.

CRYSSMA in operation

General functionality

It captures and stores essential operating data, providing a unified platform for analysis and management. Its expert system analyzes data in real time to detect incidents and improve operational safety.

Record

Recording and storage of any status change in supervised vital elements.

Inform

Immediate notification of incidents and access to stored data for analysis.

Detect

Detection of failures and incidents in supervised installations.

System architecture

  • Track level: RDX5020 and ISP devices collect critical data in real time (GPRS, Ethernet and more).
  • Centralization level: a server aggregates and processes information from multiple level crossings.
  • Operation level: user interface for monitoring and management.
  • Alert level: real-time notifications and alerts.

Operations environment

ISP 4008

Key component for supervising critical systems, with 24VDC digital inputs and multiple communications options (USB, GPRS, 4G, Ethernet, RS-232). Validated by ADIF.

Infrastructure and communications

  • Clustered servers for high availability.
  • Runs on physical and virtual machines.
  • Robust TCP/IP communications.
  • Adaptable to GPRS, 4G, fiber optics and more.
